At some point in life, many are faced with a situation where we need support, help, encouragement, strength and concern from our spouse, friends, families, supporters, colleagues or whoever is there to give us a helping hand.

Ubnlinks Foundation is dedicated to serving and encouraging the educational, social, spiritual, and physical needs of needy individuals and organizations. People facing food insecurity are often dealing with other socioeconomic issues such as a lack of affordable stable housing; households lacking affordable housing are vulnerable to diseases and illness associated with malnutrition and inadequate health care.  The most visible evidence of poverty arises when poor families and individuals cluster in an area.

Ubnlinks Foundation believes that “You are an Aaron and Hur to somebody.” When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up, one on one side, one on the other so that his hands remained steady till sunset”. People like Aaron and Hur are invaluable, involved, investors and, sometimes, invisible.

It is important to note that WITHOUT these two men holding up Moses’ hands, the Israelites would have likely lost the battle. Moses was a great leader but he couldn’t do it alone. He needed help encouragement, strength and concern from his “team” of friends and supporters because an uplifted arm can be raised only so long. So Aaron and Hur stood beside Moses and kept his arms raised. Everyone needs an Aaron and Hur in his or her life. Someone who’ll say, “Can I lend you a hand?” We need each other. With your help we can win this battle.
